1. How do we find the driver after arriving? |

Our representative will be waiting for you at arrivals with your name written on a board. If you do not see our representative when you arrive, please call us at the numbers from the contact page.

Do you provide car with driver on request? |
|
|

Yes. We provide a car rent with a driver for 8 or 4 hours, as following:
The on-request car rent with driver service costs:
Maximum 200 km per 8 hours:
1-3 pax: 206 Euro
4-7 pax: 238 Euro
8-16 pax: 292 Euro
17-35 pax: 346 Euro
Maximum 150 km per 4 hours:
1-3 pax: 162 Euro
4-7 pax: 206 Euro
8-16 pax: 260 Euro
17-35 pax: 292 Euro
Our fleet contains: Mercedes E class vehicles (for 1-3 pax), Mercedes Viano (4-7 pax) Mercedes Sprinter (8-16 pax) and Luxury busses (17-35 pax).

We do not charge extra fees for anything, the only one thing we would charge extra would be drop off into more hotels (rates for extra drop off will be calculated per the type of each vehicle).

At the airport you will be met in the arrivals area by a representative of Low-Cost-Transfers with your name written on a board. If you do not see the airport rep as you come out of the arrivals area then you may call us.

I cannot find my destination in your online booking form. What to do? |
|
|
|
|
Fill the request for quote form and we'll contact you (by phone or email) to inform you about the price and ask for your confirmation. The process for a custom transfer request usually takes less than 12h. For last minute transfers please contact us directly.

We provide children seats, baby seats and booster seats depending on the availability for 5 EUR for each/trip. They have to be reserved when making the booking for a transfer.
